RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF
FOR THE
WHEREAS, the City of Coronado is a municipal
corporation of the State of California organized and existing pursuant to the
laws of the State; and
WHEREAS,
the San Diego Unified Port District leases to the City of Coronado a portion of
the tidelands area located at 2000 Visalia Row in the City of Coronado,
California, commonly known as the Coronado
WHEREAS,
the City of Coronado, at its sole cost and expense, shall operate, construct,
maintain, and administer all functions necessary and pertinent to the operation
of the Coronado
WHEREAS,
all income derived by the City of Coronado from such operation including,
without limitation, income from green fees, pro shop, golf cart and club
rentals, and driving range fees shall be used for the operation, maintenance,
construction and reconstruction, including debt service, on the Coronado
WHEREAS, the City of Coronado is solely responsible for
establishing green fees as well as regulating all other rental fees and charges
of the Coronado
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
SECTION ONE:
FEES
The following fee schedule is in effect as of October
1, 2009:
General Play Regular Green Fee $30.00
Weekend/Holiday Green Fee $35.00
General Play Twilight Green Fee $15.00
Morning back nine Green Fee $15.00
Family Annual Ticket Unlimited discontinued
Family Annual Ticket Limited discontinued
Single Annual Ticket Unlimited discontinued
Single Annual Ticket Limited discontinued
*40 Pre-paid rounds (use within 1 year) $840
*80 Pre-paid rounds (use within 1 year) $1,200
*Family 80 Pre-paid rounds (use within 1
year) $1,200
Monthly Junior Ticket $30.00
Tournament Play Green Fee $40.00
Advanced Reserve Fee ($15 X 4) $60.00
*Pre-paid round users must also
pay an additional five dollars ($5) for each Weekend,
SECTION TWO:
GOLF COURSE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Golf Course Advisory Committee, as established
in the Policies and Procedures Manual (Attachment 1) shall advise the Director
of Golf Services on changes proposed, prior to implementation or being
presented to the City Council for their deliberation.
SECTION THREE:
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
The Director of Golf Services shall publish and
maintain a Policies and Procedures Manual to implement the fees, rules and
regulations that govern play at the golf course per Attachment 1.
Resolution 8005, passed and adopted on July 6, 2004,
is hereby cancelled and superseded.
