It was a fun season!
Our format was "home & away" . . . played 5 games at Coronado & 5
games away. We played
each team at our course & then again at their course - not so far to
drive either: Chula Vista, Balboa Park, Sycuan, Carlton Oaks, &
Willowbrook. When
hosting at Coronado, we offered coffee, tea, & orange juice before
each match (thanks to the CWGC Board) as well as cookies, muffins or
some type of "goodies" to go with them. We set up a nice table
with cups, glasses, etc, with a sign welcoming the opposing team.
FUN for all & really appreciated.
We did pretty well . . . finished within 1/2 point of 1st place!
